Sign Languages
Sign Language is used to communicate with and between people who are deaf. It is also called deaf sign language.  It uses hand gestures to speak. TraveLang: Foreign Languages For Travelers

This site contains text and sound files for over 70 different languages.  It also has links to other language sites. The last time we checked, it did not have on-line lessons for this language.
